Botanical Gardens - Bãi Đá Vườn Hoa Sông Hồng

In the north of the city sitting on the banks of the Red River are the most beautiful gardens. Filled with fields of flowers and cafes close by, it’s a great place to spend a morning.

Old Quarter

A maze of busy streets and alleyways filled with plenty of shops, eateries and cafes.

Train Track Street

There are lots of different ways to enter the famous train track street.  Grab a beer and walk the whole way down just mind the train!

West Lake 

Found slightly north of the main city, this beautiful lake holds the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi; Tran Quoc Pagoda. It is also home to urban hangouts and late night rooftops, definitely a cool area to explore. Best to cycle around.

Hoa Lo Prison Museum

A prison used first by the French colonists for political prisoners and later used by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. An interesting place to visit.
