Raffles Dubai
Raffles Dubai is superbly situated in the heart of Dubai yet transports you into “an oasis of calm and charm”.
We were welcomed as a new family of 3 to spend 2 nights in the Landmark suite with views extending over the outdoor pool and Dubai’s iconic skyline. They kindly added a cot and baby toiletries to our bathroom suite, it’s these little touches that make your stay memorable. If, like us, you would still like to indulge in 5 star luxury but have all the necessities for your little one, Raffles Dubai’s family friendly stays cleverly combine fine-dining and fun.
With 7 dining outlets in the hotel we endeavoured to taster them all starting in the lobby at the Raffles Salon. Not only do they serve up the most delicious breakfasts here but they are renowned for their impressive 3 tier afternoon tea, a must-have! The lobby itself highlights the different cultures and regions of the world that Raffles Dubai has taken inspiration from for their decor; Egyptian reliefs, Indonesian palm leafs and a certain French je ne sais quoi.
The hotel boasts a gym, a full spa experience, outdoor pool and a raised outdoor garden where you can also dine. If you wish to venture outside of the hotel, located next door is Wafi Mall; ‘one of Dubai’s oldest and most recognised shopping destinations’.
During our 2 night stay we dined at both Solo; the award-winning resident Italian restaurant and in the Raffles Garden, where we were spoilt with a Middle Eastern curated culinary journey.
The hotel is the epitome of luxury, from the service to the style. The attention to detail in Raffles across their brand is something that has stuck with us from the very first time we worked with them during our trip to the Maldives. Now, with the addition of Mila we were equally as impressed with the level of care and consideration, as if we were the only 3 guests in the hotel.
If you’re after a well-connected, calming yet lavish stay, Raffles Dubai is a must for your next trip or staycation.
